Agreement to Terms

Services

Billy Aircon provides air conditioning servicing, maintenance, repair, and installation services in Singapore. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • General aircon servicing and maintenance
  • Chemical wash and chemical overhaul
  • Aircon installation and replacement
  • Gas top-up and refrigerant services
  • Troubleshooting and repair
  • Leak detection and repair

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice
  • Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the aircon unit, complexity of work, and parts required
  • A quotation will be provided before any work begins
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and PayNow

Warranty

  • All servicing and repair work comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty
  • The warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse
  • Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
  • Parts replaced are covered by their respective manufacturer warranty

Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email
  • We will confirm your appointment date and time via WhatsApp or phone
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Access to Premises

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the aircon units requiring service
  • Ensure an authorised adult is present during the service appointment
  • Clear the area around aircon units to allow our technicians to work safely
  • Inform us of any special access requirements before the appointment

Limitation of Liability

Billy Aircon shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damage to property beyond the scope of the agreed service
  • Failure or malfunction of aircon units due to pre-existing conditions not identified during initial inspection
  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Billy Aircon and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website

Governing Law
