How much does aircon servicing cost in Singapore?
Normal servicing starts from $50 for 1 unit, $55 for 2 units, $70 for 3 units, $85 for 4 units, and $100 for 5 units. These are promotional prices for HDB and condo apartments. Additional charges apply for landed properties, offices, CBD areas, and after-hours jobs.
What is the difference between normal servicing and chemical wash?
Normal servicing includes vacuuming and washing of filters, checking gas levels, and general inspection. Chemical wash is a deeper clean using a specialist detergent that kills 99.9% of bacteria — recommended if your unit hasn't been serviced in 6+ months or has odour, mould, or reduced cooling.
How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?
We recommend servicing every 3-4 months for residential units in Singapore's tropical climate. Units used daily may need more frequent servicing. An annual chemical wash is recommended to maintain optimal efficiency and air quality.
Do you offer emergency aircon repair?

What warranty do you offer on your work?
